At KenLaw.Art, we take your privacy very seriously. All information clients provide is used solely for the purchase of products, shipping, commissioned pieces, contests and occasional promotions from KenLaw.Art only.

KenLaw.Art will never sell your information to a 3rd party.
We will send out promotional email, only if you have opted-in. The promotional emails will include discounts, events, free stuff and more. Clients will always have the option to exclude themselves from the promotions list at any time.

We have taken every step to provide you with a 100% safe shopping experience KenLaw. Art is an SSL secured and certified website. All personal information including email, shipping addresses & phone numbers used for purchases on the site is protected with encryption. When a purchase is made, the payment gateways used here will store personal information on their secured servers required to complete a purchase for products you have made here.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders, Digital downloads or Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Artwork commissions

Before a commission work starts, a fifty percent downpayment is paid. Once the work is completed, the final payment must be receive before shipping begins. Shipping is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer has a pickup and delivery service like DHL, please email the shipping documents and arrangement.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the painting, please refer to returns, exchanges, and conditions of return.
